摘　　要：干细胞研究是当代生物科学技术中的热点问题之一,引起各国政府、学术界乃至广大公众的广泛关注。干细胞作为机体内的一种特殊类型的细胞,具有自我复制、自我更新、多向分化的潜能。如何运用伦理学理论来分析和探讨干细胞研究中的伦理问题,并对干细胞研究提出伦理指导原则和管理建议,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。Stem Cell Research is one of hot topics problems in the contemporary biological science and technology, causing extensive concern of each country government,academic circles and the public. The stem cell is a kind of special and essential cell type found in human body , which can not only be amplified and self-renewed ,but can be derived into many kinds of cell lines. How to make use of the ethics theories to analyze and inquire into the ethical issues in stem cell research, and put forward a series of the ethical governing principle and management suggestion for the stem cell research, undoubtedly is of great significance in both theory and reality.
