摘　　要：新形势下医德核心是尊重患者的观点和价值观。医德评价的依据:尊重患者医疗权利,医德评价的方式,社会舆论、传统习俗和内心信念。医德评价由评估客体向评估主体转变。医疗道德行为的引导,要从医学生的道德评价教育开始,加强终身引导,注意不良医疗道德行为变化,做好评估。这对于医学科学的发展,社会医德风尚的形成有着不可低估的决定作用。The core of medical ethics value is respecting the patients＇ ideals and values. The medical ethics evaluation system is based upon the right of the patient. The public comments, traditional customs and cognitive believes are the way of evaluation in medical ethics. The role of medical staffs has been changed from objectives to the subjects in way of medical ethics evaluation. In guidance of medical ethics education among the medical staffs should be started from the medical students to the professionals, and treated personally depend on the changing of the malpractice in medical ethics. In conclusion, the medical ethics evaluation and guidance in this new era play an important role in developing medical ethics as well as medical science.
