摘　　要：为了科学、有效地配置高等教育资源,提高教育资源的利用效率,需要对高校的办学效率进行评价。将AHP(层次分析法)与DEA(数据包络分析法)有机地结合起来,建立了高校办学效率评价的AHP与DEA组合模型。该模型既能体现决策者的偏好,又能对评价对象进行客观地评价。通过实证分析,验证了该方法的可行性、实用性及有效性。In order to allocate the resources of higher education scientifically and effectively improve the efficiency of the usage of educational resources,we need to evaluate the efficiency of universities management.This paper proposes a integrated method for the evaluation of universities management efficiency through combining AHP with DEA.The method can not only reflect the preferences of decision maker,but also evaluate the target objectively.A practical case is designed to validate the feasibility,practicability and validity of the method at last.
