摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管内癌的超声诊断价值。方法分析44例乳腺导管内癌的超声声像图。结果腺病型11例,腺体局部增厚,结构紊乱;导管扩张型7例,3例单纯导管扩张,4例扩张导管欠光整,内见隆起性小光团;实性肿块型24例,腺体内实性低回声,纵横比<1;混合肿块型2例,腺体内见境界尚清的囊实混合性肿块,以囊性为主,内部见团絮状弱回声。结论超声检查乳腺导管内癌有一定的鉴别诊断价值。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis intraductal carcinoma of breast. Methods The ultrasonography of 44 cases with intradutal carcinoma were analyzed. Results Adenovirus type in 11 cases, the local thickening of the glands, structural disorder.Catheter dilatation in 7 cases, among them 3 cases of simple dilatation,4 cases of dilatation catheters was not smooth and complete,saw the bulge of the little light inside the group. Solid mass in 24 cases,solid hypoechoic gland, aspect ratio 1. Hybrid mass in 2 cases, the gland was still within the realm of the Qing see mixed solid and cystic mass, cystic main groups within the floc see weak echo. Conclusion Ultrasound has certain of differential diagnosis value in ductal carcinoma.
