美尼尔综合症

摘　　要：目的：观察比较美尼尔综合症的两种治疗方法的临床疗效。方法：选取我院120例美尼尔综合症患者，随机分为治疗组60例给予脉络宁联合甘露醇静脉滴注治疗，对照组60例给予盐酸苯海拉明注射液治疗。2组均治疗7d后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为88．3％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后症状、体征改善时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：脉络宁联合甘露醇静脉滴注治疗美尼尔综合症临床疗效确切，可明显缩短临床症状改善时间。Objective：Observed and compared the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods to treat meniere syndrome. Methods： Selected 120 patients with meniere syndrome, randomly devided into treated group in 60 eases given mailuoning combined mannitol intravenous treatment, control group in 60 cases given diphenhydramine bydrochloride injection, evaluated the 2 groups＇ treatment efficacy after 7d. Results： The treated group＇ total effective rate was 96.7 % , control group was 88.3 % ,2 group＇ s efficiency was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, after treatment, 2 groups＇ symptoms and signs time were significant difference. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Mailuoning combined mannitol intravenous to treat meniere syndrome was effective. Can significantly reduce the clinical improvement, time.
