摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对吗啡依赖戒断大鼠大脑皮层c-fos的表达影响。方法建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型,联合针刺肾俞、足三里穴,采用免疫组化方法测定大脑皮层c-fos蛋白表达。结果治疗后,针刺组大脑皮层的c-fos表达低于戒断组(P<0.05)。结论针刺肾俞、足三里穴改善吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状可能与大脑皮层的c-fos表达有关。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on cerebrum cortex c-fos of morphine withdrawal rats.Methods A morphine dependent model in rats was established.After acupuncture at Shenshu and Zusanli,assay the expression of c-fos in cerebrum cortex by immunohistochemical method.Results After treatment,expression of c-fos was decreased in EA group.Conclusion Acupuncture at Shenshu and Zusanli can effectively inhibit morphine withdrawal syndrome,it maybe relative to the expression of c-fos in cerebrum cortex
