三种中医治法对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察3种中医治法对胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃黏膜病理组织结构的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、健脾益气组、活血化瘀组和养阴荣络组,采用以化学损伤为主的综合法复制大鼠胃癌前病变模型,分别给予3种中药复方治疗6周,在光镜和电镜下比较胃黏膜组织形态学的变化。结果光镜下观察,3组中药均能在一定程度上减轻PLGC模型大鼠胃黏膜炎症;电镜下观察,3种中药都具有恢复PLGC模型大鼠胃黏膜细胞线粒体的作用。结论 3种治法方药可明显改善实验性大鼠胃癌前病变的胃黏膜炎症,修复受损伤的胃黏膜细胞,并存在有差异性,养阴荣络组的效果较为明显。Objective Observation of the pathological structure by three types of treatment in rats on gastric precancerous lesions.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,strengthening the spleen replenishing qi group,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis group and nourishing Yin and relax channels and collaterals group.Adopt the chemical damage and so on to make PLGC mode.Compared light and electron microscopy morphological changes in gastric mucosa.Results Three groups of TCM can reduce gastric mucosal inflammation,and can restore and enhance the role of mitochondria in cellular energy metabolism.Conclusions Three of TCM all can improve inflammation of gastric,repaire the damaged gastric mucosa cells,and on experimental gastric precancerous lesions in rats the impact of the presence of pathological differences,obvious effect on nourishing Yin and collaterals group
