经内镜微波治疗晚期食管癌支架植入后再狭窄14例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下微波烧灼治疗晚期食管癌支架置入术后再狭窄的疗效。方法:分析2003年6月～2008年12月共14例食管癌支架置入后再狭窄病例,应用内镜下微波烧灼治疗,观察微波治疗后患者吞咽困难症状改善情况。结果:标准积分由治疗前的(3.43±0.46)分下降为治疗后的(1.57±0.53)分(t=12.99,P<0.001),近期有效率达100%。不良反应轻微,无严重并发症。结论:经内镜微波治疗晚期食管癌支架置入后再狭窄是一种安全可靠、有效的方法。Objective：To explore the efficacy of microwave therapy through endoscope in patients with esophageal restenosis after the stent implanted in advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods： Analyze 14 cases of esophageal restenosis after stent implanted in advanced esophageal carcinoma from Jun 2003 to Dec 2008 in our hospital. Observe the conditions of dysphagia symptom after microwave therapy. Results ： After treatment, standard integral is reduced from （3.43 ± 0.46）to（1.57 ±0.53）, （t = 12.99,P 〈 0. 001 ）. The recent effective rate is up to 100%. There are no serious side effects and complications. Conclusions ： Microwave therapy through endoscope in patients with esophageal restenosis after stent implanted in advanced esophageal carcinoma is a safe and effective method.
