《金匮》泽泻汤对梅尼埃病豚鼠模型膜迷路积水的影响

摘　　要：目的:本文探讨《金匮》泽泻汤水煎液对梅尼埃病模型膜迷路积水的影响,为临床治疗本病提高药效学依据。方法:采用腹腔注射醋酸去氨加压素法复制梅尼埃病豚鼠膜迷路积水模型,以颞骨切片蜗管面积与蜗管面积和前庭阶面积之和的比值等为指标,研究《金匮》泽泻汤对其的影响。结果:泽泻汤高剂量组、中剂量组与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);泽泻汤低剂量组与模型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);泽泻汤中剂量组与低剂量组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:《金匮》泽泻汤具有显著的减轻膜迷路积水的程度,证实了本方治疗梅尼埃病的有效性。Objective： This paper explored the effect of treating model membrane labyrinth accumulate water with meniere＇s disease in Golden alisma soup, and provide a basis to improve the clinical effect of this drug. Methods： Applying intraperitoneal injection of desmopressin acetate method to copy model membrane labyrinth accumulate water with meniere＇s disease. Let temporal bone slice cochlear duct acreage and specific value of cochlear duct and vestibular acreage＇s sum as index, then research the effect of Golden alisma soup. Results： Compared high-dose group, middle dose group and model group of alisma soup, which had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Compared low-dose group and model group of alisma soup, which had no significantly difference （P〉0.05）. Compared middle dose group and low-dose group, which had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Golden alisma soup had the effect of reduce membrane labyrinth accumulate water, which confirmed the effect of treating meniere＇s disease.
