摘  要:基于拓扑优化理论和密度惩罚法,首先建立了以单元相对密度为设计变量、以体积比为约束的柔顺机构拓扑优化模型,然后在模型中加入了单元等效应力计算模块,并利用MATLAB软件平台,以悬臂梁的拓扑优化为例考察了体积比的取值对优化结构中最大等效应力的影响,最后仍然以悬臂梁为例提出了一种根据许用应力条件寻找最佳体积比的方法。Based on the topology optimization theory and the solid isotropic material with penalization approach (SIMP), at first a topology optimal model of compliant mechanisms is developed, in which the relative density of element is taken as design variable, the volume ratio is taken as constraint conditions. Then a module which can calculate the equivalent stress of each element is added to the model, the relationship of volume ratio and maximal equivalent stress in optimized structure is discussed through the example of cantilever. At last, taking cantilever as an example again, an approach of searching optimum volume ratio on the basis of allowable stress is proposed.
