摘　　要：以某掘进机截割部减速器箱体为研究对象,通过UG NX建立箱体三维模型,导入ANSYS中建立有限元模型,箱体做约束模态分析,求解前6阶固有频率和相应的振型,结果为减速器设计提供依据。Gearbox of a reduction device of roadheader＇s cutting unit is used as subject investigated. Using UG NX to establish gearbox modal,and then input it into ANSYS software to establish finite element modal. Gearbox is made analysis of constrained modal to obtain natural frequency and corresponding vibration modal shape of gearbox first six orders. The results of analysis are useful to design of the reduction device.
