摘  要:车架是掘进机的重要部件之一,车架结构除了要满足一般的静力学强度、刚度之外,还必须满足动力学的特性。以某掘进机的车架为例,运用Autodesk Inventor软件创建实体模型,有限元软件MSC.Patran做前后处理器,用MSC.Nastran软件进行模态分析。分析该车架自由状态下前12阶固有频率及振型特征,为该机的结构改进提供参考和理论依据。Frame is one of the most important parts of roadheader,which needs to meet not only the requirement of strength and stiffness of statics, but also the requirement of the dynamic characteristic of dynamics. Taking the frame of some roadheader as an example,with Autodesk Inventor to build the model, FEM software MSC. atran to do the per-and post-work,and MSC.Nastran to do model analysis, to analyze the former twelve frequencies and modal shapes of the frame under a natural condition, which will provide the reference and the theoretical basis for the imorovement of structure.
