基于ANSYS的重载齿轮温度场分析

摘　　要：首先建立了重载齿轮温度场的数学模型,确定了各边界条件。然后借助Solid Edge和ANSYS软件,利用虚拟样机技术对重载齿轮稳态温度场进行了有限元分析,得到其温度场和热流密度的彩色云图。并对彩色云图进行了具体的分析,对优化重载齿轮设计有一定的指导意义。Heavy-load gear＇s the mathematical model of temperature fie!d is established, all boundary conditions are determined, then heavy-load gear steady temperature field is analyzed by using Solid Edge, ANSYS software, virtual prototype technology and FEM, get temperature field＇s and heat flux＇s color image of heavy-load gear and make concrete analysis on the color figs. It will have certain directive significance to optimize heavy-load gear design.
