端面圆柱凸轮数控铣削加工的研究与实现

摘　　要：分析某纺织机械中端面圆柱凸轮的加工工艺,分别运用Pro/E和CAXA制造工程师软件对端面圆柱凸轮进行三维建模和数控编程,并最终在普通三坐标数控铣床上,加工出合格产品,取得良好的效果。The processing of end face and columniform cam which used in a textile machinery was analyzed, three- dimensional modeling and NC programming were done by respectively using Pro/E and CAXA manufacture engineer software, acceptable product was processed on common three coordinates milling machine eventually. Good results have been obtained.
