摘　　要：CD44基因蛋白是一种细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白,属于黏附分子家族。CD44基因外显子根据表达方式可分为标准型CD44(CD44s)和变异型CD44(CD44v)两种类型。大量研究发现,CD44蛋白参与细胞-细胞、细胞-胞外基质之间的特异性粘附,CD44及其亚型在乳腺癌的异常表达可能与癌症的发生、发展和转移密切相关。此外,乳腺癌干细胞表面高度表达CD44分子,针对CD44分子与乳腺癌干细胞关系的研究,将会为临床上对乳腺癌的诊断、治疗选择以及预后预测提供更充分的理论依据。CD44 （Cluster of Differentiation 44）, is a molecular family. According to the expression of CD44 kind of transmembrane glycoproteins, belonging to adhesion exon, CD44 is devided into standard CD44 （CD44s） and variant CD44 （CD44v）. Numerous researches suggest that CD44 protein is involved in specific adhesion between cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix. Abnormal expression of CD44 and its subtypes in breast cancer is closely related to cancer genesis, progress and metastasis. CD44 is highly expressed in breast cancer stem cells surfaces. Studies on the relationship between CD44 and breast cancer stem cells will provide us with more adequate theories of clinical diagnosis, treatment options and prognosis of breast cancer.
