高职行业企业兼职教师教学管理现状分析

摘　　要：兼职教师队伍建设是高职教育培养高质量技术应用型人才的需要,是高职教育提高教学质量和持续发展的需要。目前,高职院校对外聘教师的研究主要集中在外聘教师的现状、规范化、聘用与管理等方面,对来自行业企业一线的高职行业企业兼职教师的教学管理很少有人进行专门探讨。对这个问题的研究,可以为高职院校校企合作、资源共享模式下的行业企业兼职教师教学管理提供参考。Constructing a group of part- time teachers is necessary for higher vocational education to not only develop high - skilled applied talents but also improve teaching quality and sustainable development. Current research in this area is focused on full - time university teach- ers in the compilation of external no other than the status of these teachers, standardization, analyses of employment and management issues and so on, while few people have been concerned about the teaching management of the part - time teachers of vocational colleges from the forefront of some businesses or enterprises for specific analysis. The research on it in the paper can offer a kind of reference under the mode of teaching management of part - time teachers from businesses or enterprises in the work of school - enterprise cooperation and resources sharing.
