摘　　要：当前大学生心理危机应激源主要是生活事件、日常烦扰和个人内心认知冲突等方面。高校要建立和完善心理危机预警系统,广泛开展课外活动,积极提供多种形式的咨询服务,优化大学生意志力,努力帮助他们培养积极的情绪、健康的心理和良好的个性。The student psychological crisis stressor is now mainly concerned with life events,daily hassles and personal inner cognitive conflicts,etc.Universities are supposed to establish and improve the early warning systems for psychological crisis,organize broadly extracurricular activities,and offer actively students multiply consulting services with the cultivation of their willpower,positive emotion,healthy mentality and good personality.
