摘　　要：人才与资本的结合方式是区域创新体系最关键的特质。从杭州市实际出发,解读杭州创业创新模式的新特征,提出深入构建人才与资本共生系统的对策建议。The combination of talents and capital is the most critical characteristics of the regional innovation system. According to the reality in Hangzhou, this paper interprets the new features of the entrepreneurship and innovation model and proposes countermeasures to build symbiotic system of talents and capital.
