摘　　要：学位论文版权使用授权书的签署直接影响版权人对其论文的保护。我国大陆高校学位论文版权使用授权书与台湾和美国高校学位论文版权使用授权书相比,存在对学位论文版权归属界定不明晰、授权人与学位论文版权人不一致、缺少实质性的关于版权使用的授权约定、授权范围不明晰等问题。因此,我国大陆高校应规范学位论文管理使用办法、规范授权书样本,使学位论文实现良性开发使用。The subscription of the copyright letter of authorizations to dissertations influences the protection for dissertation of copyright owners.Comparing letters of authorizations to dissertations in Taiwan universities and American universities,it finds that the copyright letter of authorization to dissertations in mainland universities has some problems,such as the definition of copyright adscription is unclear,authorizer is inconformity with copyright owners,it is lack of authorization premise using copyright,the range of authorization is unclear.Thus mainland universities should regulate using method of dissertation management and the sample of the copyright letter of authorization,in order to make dissertations be used and develop well.
