摘 要:目的掌握海南黎族地区黎、汉族小学生生长发育现况,为制定海南黎族地区学生营养干预方案提供依据。方法 2010年1-6月采用分层整群抽样方法抽查五指山、白沙、陵水、乐东、昌江5市县3 147名汉、黎族小学生进行身高、体重、胸围等生长发育指标测定。结果黎、汉族小学生之间身高、体重、胸围差异均无统计学意义;城乡之间、男女之间差异均有统计学意义。在低年龄组,黎族学生生长水平普遍高于同年龄组汉族学生,而随着年龄的增长,黎族学生发育速度不如汉族学生,到高年龄组,汉族学生生长水平普遍高于同年龄组黎族学生。结论应提高黎族地区居民的经济收入,加强黎族地区学生营养知识教育的宣传和普及,以达到提高黎族地区少年儿童整体素质的目的 。Objective To compare the growth and development status of the children between Li and Han nationality, and to provide evidence for nutritional intervention targeting Hainan Li primary school students. Methods During January to June 2010, a stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 3 147 primary school students from Wuzhishan, Baisha, Lingshui, Ledong and Changjiang. Their height, weight, and chest circumference were measured. Results All the students showed the height, weight and chest circumference grow year by year. However, these traits were not displaying any significant differences between Li and Hart children, but the children hved in the city and countries had statistical differences. Height, weight and chest circumference growth in some age of Li students was higher than Han students of the same group. Conclusion The poor level of physical development in Li children may be due to causes of poverty and low literacy levels, increase the economic income of local residents, and enhancing the students knowledge of nutrition education and publicity and popularity of the Li region in order to achieve purposes of improving overall quality of children.
