摘　　要：目的:探讨近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)前后视力及视野检查的表现。方法:530眼按等效球镜分为低度,中度和高度近视3组,分别于LASIK术前及术后3个月和6个月检查视力和中心30度视野。结果:同组术后视力均高于术前,术后不同时间的视力无明显差别,但高度组术后6个月视力略有回退。低度组和中度组手术前后不同时间视野平均缺损(MD)正常。低度组术后不同时间MD无差别,均好于术前。中度组和高度组术后存在一个加重-好转的过程。高度组术前MD高于正常,术后3个月缺损加重,术后6个月略有好转但仍高于术前。低度组和中度组手术前后不同时间视野矫正缺损变异值在正常范围。高度组局部视野损害手术前后均超过正常范围。3组术后均存在视野损害加重-缓解的过程。结论:LASIK手术对于高度近视患者视野在术后短期内具有一定损害作用。Objective To explore the visual fields changes in myopia before and after laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK）. Methods 530 eyes were divided into three groups according to spherical equivalent, the visual acuity and visual field were then examined before and 3 and 6 months after operation by Octopus field analyzer. Results The visual acuity was ascend after LASIK and there was no statistical difference between two time-points except that group high myopia was descend on 6 months after operation. The MD values were normal in group low and moderate myopia which were no change before and after operation in group low, but have a slight aggravating first and then alleviating course. The MD value have the same development inclination but all abnormal before and after operation. The CLV values in group low and moderate group were normal, which were abnormal in group high myopia. All the three groups have an aggravating first and then alleviating course after LASIK. Conclusions LASIK may do harm to visual field of high myopia patients to some degree in a short period after operation.
