摘  要:为了筛选出适合我州改良牛的优选品种。对不同区域内的南本、南西本、德本、德西本杂交牛进行称重(空腹)和体尺测定(361头),对59头杂交牛的屠宰性能进行测定,对86头牛的经济效益进行调查。结果表明:南德温杂交改良牛初生重、3、6、12月体重、日增重和体尺均高于德国黄牛杂交改良牛,初生重、日增重、体斜长、体高、胸围均差异显著(P〈0.05);其杂交后代在屠宰率、净肉率等方面优于其它改良组合;在相同的饲养管理条件下养一头改良牛经济效益提高70.19%-83.81%。说明南德温肉牛作为我县杂交改良的优选品种。In order to select the excellent beef cattle breed suitable for the improvement in this district.Randomly investigating the hybrids of South Devon and local cattle,South Devon,simmental and local cattle,Germany and local cattle,Germany,Simmental and local cattle in different districts,and the body weight,body size and slaughter performance of 59 hybrids were measured,the economic benefit of 86 individuals was investigated either.Result:The results showed that the birth weight,body weight at 3,6 and 12 months,daily gain and body size of hybridization improved cattle by south Devon cattle were higher than that of by German cattle.The difference was significant in birth weight,daily gain,body length,body height and chest measurement(P〈0.05).The hybrid of South Devon cattle was better than other improvement combinations in slaughter rate and net meat rate.Under the same feeding and management conditions,the economic benefit of feeding an improved cattle increased 70.19%~83.81% than feeding a local cattle.South Devon cattle was an ideal improvement breed in our county.
