CD15、p53和Cath-D在子宫内膜腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨ＣＤ１５ 、ｐ５３ 和组织蛋白酶Ｄ（Ｃａｔｈ－ Ｄ）表达与子宫内膜癌侵袭和转移的关系，采用ＳＰ免疫组化法对４０ 例原发性子宫内膜腺癌组织进行了ＣＤ１５、ｐ５３ 和Ｃａｔｈ－ Ｄ检测。结果发现ＣＤ１５ 、ｐ５３ 和Ｃａｔｈ－ Ｄ 在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为７２－５ ％ 、６５－０ ％ 和６７－５ ％ 。ＣＤ１５ 和ｐ５３ 表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分级、分期有关（ Ｐ ＜０－０５） ，ＣＤ１５ 、ｐ５３ 和Ｃａｔｈ－ Ｄ表达均与肿瘤转移有关（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） ；强调ＣＤ１５ 、ｐ５３ 和Ｃａｔｈ － Ｄ 表达对判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、预测肿瘤浸袭转移和评估预后是一种良好指标。To investigate the relationship among the expression of CD15 antigen,p53 and Cathepsin(Cath-D) and invasion,metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma,we detected the expressions of CD15, p53 and Cath-D in 40 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma by SP immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that the positive rates of CD15,p53 and Cath-D were 72 5%,65 0% and 67 5% respectively.The expressions of CD15 and p53 were correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of the endometrial adenocarcinoma(P<0 05).These CD15,P53 and Cath-D were all correlated significaktly with metastasis.The expression of CD15 was positively correlated with the expressions of p53 and cath-D.These findings indicated that the positive expressions of the CD15,p53 and Cath-D in the endometrial adenocarcinoma may be a useful marker for evaluation of the malignant degree of the tumor,and its biological behavior.The expressive level can also predict the prognosis of the patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma of the uterus.
