新政策视阈下高职生自主创业的多元思考

摘　　要：鼓励与扶持高职生自主创业已经成为新时期解决高职院校学生就业的一种必然趋势。调研不足、盲目追求热门项目以及创业资本短缺是目前制约高职生创业的主要瓶颈。由此,应建立推进高职生自主创业多方协作机制,设立高职生自主创业中介性组织;高职院校应紧贴市场需求设置课业,逐步培养学生的创业认知能力、创业规划和协调能力,以及动态的市场适应能力。To encourage and support self-entrepreneurship of higher vocational school students is a necessary trend for solving the employment problem of higher vocational school graduates in new period.Shortage of investigation,seeking hot entrepreneurship program blindly and lack of entrepreneurship capital are main bottleneck problems restricted the entrepreneurship of higher vocational school graduates.Therefore,the following measures can be taken： the government set up harmonization mechanism for self-entrepreneurship of higher vocational school graduates,optimize relative regulations and laws,establish intermediary organizations;higher vocational schools should set up courses according to market demand,and try to cultivate students＇ entrepreneurship recognition abilities,planning and harmonization abilities and market adaptable abilities.
