解郁1号对抑郁症患者血清CRF、IL-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药解郁1号对抑郁症患者血清促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的影响。方法将200例抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法随机分为中药组和西药组,中药组服用中药解郁1号,600 g/d,连续服用6周;西药组口服氟西汀,20 mg/d,连续服用6周。采用放射免疫法检测两组患者服药前后血清CRF、IL-2水平并进行比较分析。结果治疗前两组血清CRF、IL-2水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经6周治疗后,两组血清CRF水平呈下降趋势,IL-2水平呈升高趋势,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药组血清CRF水平低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组血清IL-2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解郁1号抗抑郁作用机制可能与下调血清CRF、上调血清IL-2水平有关。Objective To explore the influences of Jieyu No. 1 on Serum CRF and IL-2 levels of patients with depression. Methods 200 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups （Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group）. The patients in Chinese medicine group were treated with Jieyu No. 1 600g/d for 6 weeks. The patients in Western medicine group were treated with fluoxetine 20mg/d, for 6 weeks. The serum CRF, IL-2 levels were tested and compared before and after treatment by radio-immunity in each group. Results There were no statistic differences between the two groups of CRF, IL-2 levels before the treatment（P 〉 0.05 ） ; Mter 6 weeks of treatment, serum CRF decreased and IL-2 increased in two groups, there were significant differences before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, and serum CRF in Chinese medicine group was lower than Western medicine group （P 〈0.01 ）;there were no significant differences of IL-2 between Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The mechanism of the anti-depression of Jieyu No. 1 maybe concerned with down-regulation of Serum CRF and up-regulation of Serum IL-2 levels.
