摘 要:[目的]探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的做法与成效。[方法]分3批选取9个临床科室为"优质护理服务示范病房",成立活动领导小组,围绕提高认识、建章立制、教育培训、试点先行、规范服务、创新管理、定期检查与改进等举措具体展开。[结果]密切了护患关系,提升了护士自身价值。病人满意度由91.73%上升至95.46%;医生认同度由70.25%上升至90.77%;护士认同度由81.65%上升至90.77%。[结论]开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动可以提高临床护理服务质量,提高病人、医生、护士对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To probe into the practice and effect of "high-quality nursing service demonstration project" activity.Methods:9 clinical departments were selected as "high-quality nursing service demonstration ward" by three batches,then to establish leading group,focus on improving recognition,establishing rules and systems,education and training,the pilot first,standardizing services,innovating management,regular inspection and improvement to start.Results:the nurse-patient relationship was made closed,and nurses' own value was enhanced.Degree of satisfaction of patients increased from 91.73 percent to 95.46 percent.Degree of identity of doctors increased from 70.25 percent to 90.77 percent.Degree of identity of nurses from 81.65 percent increased to 90.77 percent.Conclusion:To develop the "high-quality nursing service demonstration project" activity may improve clinical nursing service quality,and degree of satisfaction of patients,doctors,and nurses to nursing work.
