结肠J型贮袋在低位直肠癌吻合器保肛术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨结肠J型贮袋在低位直肠癌吻合器保肛术中的应用效果。方法：将我院低住结肠癌患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组秉用直吻手术，观察组采用袋吻手术，评估两者治疗效果。结果：6个月观察组排便功能优于对照组（P〈0．05）。24个月两组比较差异无统计学意史（P〉0．05）。6个月观察组优良率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），24个月两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组均无吻合口瘘等严重并发症。结论：袋吻手术近期效果较好，远期效果较直吻手术无明显优势。Objective To investigate the effect of J-- colonic pouch on anastomat keeping anus operation in pations with low--set rectal cancer. Method The 60 cases with low--set rectal cancer were divided into the observe group and the control group. The two group received the treatment of end to end an- astomosis, and the observe group received the treatment of colon J-- pouch anastomosi. Results The defecation function of the observe group after operation in 6 months was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）. The defecation function of the observe group after operation in 24 months was same to that in control group （P〉0.05）. The fineness rate of the observe group after operation in 6 months was higher to that in control group （P〈0.05）. The fine- ness rate of the observe group after operation in 24 months was same to that in control group （P〉0. 05）. There was no significant slde--effect in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of J-- colonic pouch on anastomat keeping anus operation in pations with low--set rectal cancer is obvious in the near fu- ture, but there is no advantage in long--term.
