摘　　要：现有的远程教育政策法规对少数民族远程教育来讲,存在针对性、操作性不强等问题,导致了法制盲点的尴尬处境。因此,立足国情以及民族地方的特殊情况,建构一套中国少数民族远程教育政策法规体系有着深远的影响和意义。There exist some problems that are lack of pertinency and operarabolity in the policies and regulations of distance education for minorities,which leads to the embarrassing situation of legal blind spots.Therefore,it has a profound impact and significance to construct a system of policies and regulations of distance education for Chinese minorities based on national conditions and special circumstances of local ethnic minorities.
