摘　　要：我国经济的转型发展需要具有职业能力的人才,行动导向法教学能培养学生的职业能力。行动导向法在教学实践的应用,对高职教育教学改革及人才培养提供了方向。The development of China＇s economic transformation demands talents with professional abilities,while the teaching of action-oriented method can train students＇ professional abilities.The application of action-oriented method in teaching practice shows the direction for the teaching reform of vocational education and the training of talented people.
