摘　　要：针对糖厂生产信息化的发展,介绍了糖厂全厂生产数据采集系统的设计与实现。该系统利用OPC、PLC等技术,能在现有自动控制系统基础上初步完成糖厂生产信息化,具有低成本、低投入和扩展方便等特点,并在实际使用运行良好。According to production informatization, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the data acquisition system in sugar mill. Using OPC, PLC technologies in the system, based on existing automatic control system, the production informatization in the sugar mill can be preliminarily completed. The System has characteristics of low cost, low investment and convenient expansion, and it works well in actual application.
