摘　　要：在研究生培养过程中引入预警理论,通过监控和预警系统的简要介绍,呈现研究生培养过程监控和预警系统的运行流程及其组织保障。运用研究生培养过程监控和预警系统,对中国科学技术大学硕士研究生学业情况进行分析,并且针对预警信号的状态,提出可行的方案,以便管理者正确引导研究生完成培养计划。This paper presents the operation and organizational assurance of a process monitoring and warning system for graduate training.The system has been employed at USTC to collect and analyze the performance data of master＇s students,generate response schemes for various levels of warning,and enable administrators to help guarantee the successful completion of graduate training programs.
