摘　　要：毕业生的实际工作表现是判定大学人才培养质量高低的根本依据,基于此,本文引入了外部认可视角下的人才培养质量评估这一概念,即根据外部用人主体在人才遴选和使用过程中的认可程度来评估重点大学的人才培养质量,进而设计了评估模型,从国际、国内和用人机构三个层次,通过定性调查和结构化访谈对重点大学的人才培养质量进行评估,克服了已有各类评估对毕业生的实际表现缺乏考察的局限。评估结果表明,重点大学的毕业生在专业技能上得到了国内用人单位相当程度的认可,但他们在获取国际认可上还有很大的提升余地,在实践能力、创新能力和非智力因素方面也暴露了明显的不足。The ultimate criterion of education quality of a university is the working performance of the university＇s graduates.The external acceptance of a university＇s education quality assessment is hinged on the extent of employer acceptance and subsequent recruitment of university graduates.A model of assessment was designed with three levels,international,Chinese and employer,for qualitative investigations and structural interviews for key universities＇ education quality assessment.This model overcame the limitations of many other forms of assessment of university graduates＇ quality.Results of our assessments show that graduates of key universities have satisfactory specialized skills that are well recognized by most Chinese employers while their international acceptance needs to be improved and a great deal is still desired in their hands-on ability,innovative capacity and non-intelligence-based aptitude.
