摘　　要：目的:研究分析CXCLl及其受体CXCR2在胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨CXCLl及其受体CXCR2在胃癌发生和浸润转移中的作用及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色及Western blot检测40例胃癌患者正常组织及癌组织中CXCL1及CX-CR2蛋白表达,对各表达情况与不同临床病理特征进行统计学分析,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription-polymnerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)方法检测19例CXCL1在mRNA水平的表达情况。结果:在胃癌及转移淋巴结组织中CXCLl及CXCR2在蛋白及mRNA水平均高表达,且与临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:CXCL1及CXCR2在胃癌组织中的高表达与胃癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移相关,可能在胃癌淋巴转移过程中起重要作用。Objective： To investigate the expression of CXCL1 and its receptor CXCR2 in human gastric carcinoma tissues as well as to further explore its effect and clinical significance in the occurrence, infiltration, and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods： The expression patterns of CXCL1 and CXCR2 in the normal and tumor tissues of 40 patients with gastric cancer were determined by immunohistochemical staining and Western blot analysis. Statistical analysis of various expression patterns and clinicopathologic features was conducted, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the CXCLI mRNA expression in 19 subjects. Results： The expression of CXCL1 and CXCR2 at protein and mRNA levels were both high in the gastric carcinoma and metastasized lymph nodes, which were correlated with the clinical stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The high expression of CXCL1 and CXCR2 is related to the occurrence, development, and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and plays an important role in the lymphatic metastasis of the cancer.
