摘  要:用分光光度法研究牛磺酸与对苯醌的荷移反应。实验表明,牛磺酸与对苯醌在pH 8.5的三酸缓冲溶液中,90℃水浴加热20m in,可生成稳定的荷移络合物。荷移络合物的组成比为2∶1,最大吸收波长λm ax=339nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×104L/m o.lcm,在4—180μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律,回收率在96.1%—101.8%的范围内,相对标准偏差不大于3.0%。应用本法测定牛磺酸药物制剂的含量,可得到满意结果。The charge transfer reaction between taurine and benzoquinone was investigated by spectrophotometry.The stable charge transfer complex was formed by taurine and benzoquinone inpH 8.5 Britton-Robinson buffer solution with heating in water bath of 90℃ for 20min.The composition ratio of the complex of taurine with benzoquinone was 2∶1.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 5.9×104L/mol·cm with maximun absorbance wavelength of 339nm.The charge transfer complex obeyed Beer's law in the concentration range of 4—180μg/mL,and the recovery was in the range of 96.1%—101.8%.The relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%.This proposed method is applied to the determination of the content of taurine in capsule and granule with satisfactory results.
