摘　　要：近年来,由于气候变化、人类活动等多种因素干扰,甘南黄河重要水源补给生态功能区湿地资源不断萎缩,水资源涵养功能急剧减弱,直接威胁到整个黄河流域经济的可持续发展和生态安全。分析了该区湿地资源现状,探讨了湿地萎缩的原因,并结合当地农牧民的生活实际提出了一系列湿地保护和开发对策。Due to climate change and human disturbance, the wetlands in the important water-supply ecological function area of Yellow River in southern Gansu Province are shrinking during the recent years, and the water conservation capacity fails sharply, which is a direct threat to the sustainable development and ecological security of the entire Yellow River Basin. Through analyzing the wetlands status, the causes to the shrinkage of wetlands were discussed, and then by taking into account the practices of local residents, some measures were proposed for the preservation and development of wetlands in this area.
