摘  要:[目的]研究盐胁迫对碱茅草种子萌发的影响。[方法]以碱茅草种子为试验材料,用不同浓度NaCl、Na2CO3溶液(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%、3.5%、4.0%、4.5%、5.0%、5.5%)对其进行处理,研究不同浓度盐胁迫下碱茅草种子发芽率和平均发芽时间的变化。[结果]在不同浓度NaCl、Na2CO3胁迫条件下,碱茅草种子的发芽率和平均发芽时间均表现出明显差异,即随着盐溶液浓度的增加,发芽率逐渐降低,平均发芽时间逐渐延长。但相同盐溶液浓度下,Na2CO3胁迫比NaCl胁迫更为明显。[结论]该研究为盐渍地的植被修复提供了理论参考。[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of salt stress on seed germination of Puccinelia chinampoensis.[Method]Taking the seeds of P.tenuiflora as test material which was treated by NaCl and Na2CO3 solution with different concentrations(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%,3.5%,4.0%,4.5%,5.0% and 5.5%),the changes of germination rate and average germination time of P.chinampoensis under various salt stresses were studied.[Result]Under the stress of NaCl and Na2CO3 with different concentrations,there were obvious differences in the germination rate and average germination time of P.chinampoensis seeds,namely germination rate went down and average germination time prolonged gradually with the increase of salt concentration.However,the stress of Na2CO3 was more obvious than that of NaCl.[Conclusion]The study could provide theoretical references for the vegetation restoration of saline land.
