醋酸奥曲肽对新辅助化疗后肺癌根治术患者术后引流量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醋酸奥曲肽对新辅助化疗后肺癌根治术患者术后引流量的影响。方法:将49例新辅助化疗后肺癌根治术患者随机分为实验组26例和对照组23例,对照组术后给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗同时皮下注射醋酸奥曲肽0.1mg,1次/8h,记录术后1-6天引流量。结果:实验组术后第3、4、5、6天引流量明显低于对照组。结论:醋酸奥曲肽能有效减少新辅助化疗后肺癌根治术患者术后引流量。Objective：To discuss the octreotide influence on postoperative flows of the lung cancer patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical resection of pulmonary arcinoma. Methods：46 patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical resection of pulmonary arcinoma were randoraly divided into two groups ,26 in the experiment group ,23 in the control group. The control group received general treatments;except general therapy, the experiment group received the octreotide treatment by subcutaneous injection with the dosage of O. 1 rag, given every 8 hours, and the flows volume was recorded from the first day to the sixth clay post operation. Result：There is significant difference of the flows vohune between two groups. The flows volume of experiment group in day three, day four, day five and day six of post surgery is obviously lower than the control group. Conclusion：Octreotide txeatment can effectively reduce the flows volume of the patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical resection of pulmonary arcinoma.
