摘　　要：目的:探讨Mina53(Myc—induced nuclear antigen 53)在肾细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:利用免疫组化SP法测定96例经HE病理确诊RCC组织和20例癌旁组织中Mina53的表达,并分析其结果与病理分级及l临床分期之间的关系。结果:Mina53在癌旁组织和Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期RCC组织中不表达或低表达,在Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期RCC组织中高表达,在Ⅳ期与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在不同的病理分级G_3与G_2,G_3与G_1中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Mina53在RCC组织中的表达与临床病理分期、分级有关,随着病理分级和临床分期的升高而增强,Mina53的高表达与肾细胞癌的临床进展有关。Objective：To study the expression of MinaS3 in renal cell carcinoma （RCC） and its role in carcinogenesis and tumor progression. Methods：The expression of MinaS3 was determined in RCC（ n = 96） and normal renal tissues （ n = 20） by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression of Mina53 with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results： MinaS3 was negatively expressed in all normal renal tissues, and weakly positive staining in TNM stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ , while was significantly higher in Ⅲ and Ⅳ （ P 〈0.01）, higher in histological grade 3 than grade 1 and grade 2 （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Mina53 was overexpressed in advanced RCC, showing a significant correlation with clinicopathological stage and histological grade,it maybe play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of RCC.
