摘  要:目的:体外比较不同窝沟处理方法,窝沟是否污染,不同封闭材料,不同光照时间对窝沟封闭剂渗透性的影响。方法:48颗离体前磨牙,随机分为16组,每组3颗牙,分别采用不同封闭材料及方法进行窝沟封闭,体视显微镜下观察,对窝沟封闭剂的渗透率进行测定。结果:窝沟封闭材料、窝沟处理方法两种处理因素自身不同水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),窝沟封闭材料和窝沟处理方法之间存在交互作用(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟釉质成形术与封闭剂Helioseal F联合应用进行窝沟封闭具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective:To determine the effects of different fissure surface treatments,of whether pit and fissure is contaminated by saliva or not,of different fissure sealants,and of different irradiation time on the penetration of fissure sealant.Method:A total of 48 extracted human permanent molars were randomly divided into 16 3-teeth groups.Sealing the pit and fissure with different methods and fissure sealants.Penetration ability was examined after sectioning.specimens were observed under a stereomicroscope.Result:The differences of two factors,namely,fissure sealant and fissure surface treatment were significant(P〈0.05),and interaction between fissure sealant and fissure surface treatment was also significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Combination of enameloplasty sealant technique and fissure sealant Helioseal F has proved to be a better solution.
