摘 要:在社会保障制度的多项改革中,企业年金(补充养老保险金)制度与人力资源管理密切相关,也是政府引导企业自愿决定进行的职工保障活动。本研究从研究激励理论和年金理论入手,根据激励在管理实践中的作用提出了企业年金对员工忠诚度有一定影响;对员工流动性有一定影响;年金比例不同对激励效用有明显影响的理论观点。实证调查显示,规范性操作的企业年金激励效用非常显著。In many of the social security system reforms,the enterprise annuity(supplementary pension insurance) system is very closely related to Human Resource Management and is also for the Government to guide the enterprises to voluntarily decide to do the social security activities for their employees.According to the role of practice in the management of enterprise annuity,this study of motivation theory and the theory of annuity proposed that enterprise annuity could influence the loyalty of employees and had a certain influence on staff mobility and had a significant effect on the incentive effectiveness because of the different annuity ratio.Empirical research shows that the normative annuity operation has significant incentive effectiveness.
