小平导结合摇椅弓矫治深覆的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨小平导结合摇椅弓矫治深覆的临床应用。方法:选择28例深覆Ⅱ度以上患者,采用小平导结合摇椅弓打开咬合矫治深覆。结果:小平导结合摇椅弓矫治深覆,与单纯使用方丝弓矫治器相比,通过升高后牙、压低前牙,明显缩短了疗程,有效矫治深覆。结论:小平导结合摇椅弓矫治深覆,能快速有效打开咬合,改善面型,矫治效果明显,值得在临床工作中推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical application of treating deep overbite by roching-chair archwire combined with bite plare.Method Total 28 patients of more two deep overbite were treated by roching-chair archwire combined with bite plate.Results The way that treating deep overbite by roching-chair archwire combined with bite plate is more effective and shorter period of treatment than edgewise appliance through hoisting molars and depressing former teeth.Conclusion The way that treating deep overbite by roching-chair archwire combined with bite plate should be extended in clinic for it can undo occlude fleetly and effictively,amend the model of face,and treatment effect is obvious.
