摘　　要：项目管理文化是企业文化在项目管理上的延伸和体现，它扎根于项目成员的潜意识中，体现在项目的每项活动中，是种无形的力量，推动和引导着项目。本文就如何建立既能提高客户满意度又符合中国国情的对日软件外包项目管理文化作一番探讨。Project management culture is the culture in the project management extension and expression,it is rooted in the subconscious of the members of the project,each project is reflected in the activities,is a kind of invisible forces,promote and guide the project.This article on how to build not only improve customer satisfaction and consistent with China＇s software outsourcing to Japan for some of the project management culture.
