摘　　要：目的探讨整合素α5β1(integrinα5β1)和E-选择素(E-selectin)蛋白在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV方法检测Integrinα5β1和E-selectin蛋白在80例结直肠腺癌组织、15例结直肠腺瘤、10例癌旁正常肠组织中的表达情况。结果 80例结直肠腺癌组织中Inte-grinα5β1和E-selectin蛋白表达阳性率分别为67.50%和58.75%,其表达均高于相应的结直肠腺瘤及癌旁组织(P<0.05)。低分化腺癌组织中Integrinα5β1与E-selectin蛋白表达均高于高、中分化腺癌组织(P<0.05),且两者表达均与癌组织浸润深度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Integrinα5β1与E-selectin蛋白表达之间存在明显相关性(rs=0.264,P<0.05)。结论 Integrinα5β1与E-se-lectin蛋白在结直肠腺癌中高表达,两者可能共同参与了结直肠腺癌的浸润转移过程。Objective To approach the expression and clinicopathological significance of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods Using immunohistochemistry PV method to detect the expression of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins in 80 colorectal adenocarcinoma,15 colorectal adenoma and 10 mucosae adjacent to carcinoma.Results The positive rates of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins were 67.50% and 58.75%,respectively in 80 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma.The expression of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins were remarkably higher in 80 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma than that in control specimens（P0.05）.The expression of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins in poor differentiated tissues was higher than that in well-moderate differentiated tissues（P0.05）,Integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins expression was correlated with the infiltration depth and the different Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma（P0.05）.The expression of integrin α5β1 was positively correlated with E-selectin（rs=0.264,P0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of integrin α5β1 and E-selectin proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma suggests that they might play synergetic roles in invasion and metastasis of the colorectal adenocarcinoma.
