摘  要:目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)在急性脑梗塞发病中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫法和化学比色法测定了93 例急性脑梗塞各期患者和76 例健康人的外周血TNF-α、ET、NO的含量水平。结果:脑梗塞急性期患者血中的TNF-α、ET、NO含量明显高于稳定期和恢复期(P< 0.05~0.001),而稳定期和恢复期TNF-α、ET 、NO均高于正常对照组(P< 0.05~0.001),并与脑梗塞的分期和严重程度相关,且在急性期TNF-α与ET、NO呈正相关(r分别为0.75、0.73)。结论:这些因子的升高不仅在急性期脑缺血性损伤。Objective: To evaluate the role of NO、ET and TNF α in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke. Methods: The levels of TNF α、 NO and ET in peripheral blood were measured by radioimmunorective and chemocolorimetric analysis in 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI)of different periods and 76 healthy controls. Results: The levels of serum TNF α、NO and plasma ET in acute phase of ACI were significantly higher than those in convalescent and recovery phases of ACI; the above substances in convalescnt and recovery phases were significantly higher than those of healthy controls,and related to the stage severity of cerebral infarction; positive correlation between TNF α and ET、NO were found in acute cerebral infarction. Conclusions: The increased cytokines were not merely the response to acute cerebral ischemic injury, but those might play a role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.
