大跨度桥式起重机平衡台车开裂原因分析

摘　　要：桥式起重机是生产企业中应用非常普遍的一种起重运输机械。在大跨度桥式起重机的平衡台车上发现裂纹。通过对起重机平衡台车进行无损探伤以及动载应力测试,分析造成平衡台车裂纹产生的力学原因,为其提供了后期加固方案的依据。Bridge Type Crane is widely applied hoisting and conveying machine in the manufacturing enterprise.Cracks were found on the load dividing dolly of a long-span bridge type Crane.By making nondestructive inspection and dynamic stress testing on dolly,the causes of cracks on load dividing dolly were analyzed,that provided the basic reference for the crane＇s later strengthening project.
