摘 要:为了改善Sn-9Zn-4Bi-0.5Ag-0.05Al无铅钎料的综合性能,文中通过添加稀土元素Ce,研究了Ce元素对无铅钎料的润湿性能、抗剪强度以及熔点的影响。结果表明,稀土Ce元素的加入明显改善了钎料的润湿性能。当Ce的添加量为0.05wt%时,润湿性能最佳,钎焊接头的抗剪切强度也有明显提高,但随着稀土Ce元素的加入量逐渐增多,抗剪切强度呈下降趋势。差热分析表明,添加Ce元素后,钎料的熔点降低了1℃左右。To improve the comprehensive properties of Sn-9Zn-4Bi-0.5Ag-0.05Al lead-free solder,the influence of Ce on the wettability, shear strength and melting point of lead-free solder was studied.The results show that the wettability of solder has been improved significantly by adding the rare earth element of Ce and the solder presents the best wettability when the content of Ce is 0.05%.Ce element can significantly improve the shear strength of joints,but with the addition amount of Ce element being increased,there was a downward trend in shear strength of joints.The result of the differential thermal analysis (DTA) shows that the melting point of solders with Ce decreases about 1℃.
