摘　　要：针对CCD色选机中色差信号处理的特殊需求,设计了CCD驱动电路和DSP数据采集与控制电路,形成了简洁的信号处理算法与通用性好、性价比高的DSP色差信号处理板,该板能对多个米道色差信号进行同步采集,准确控制指示灯和喷阀驱动脉冲的延时和脉宽,较好地满足了CCD色选机的性能指标要求。According to the special demand of chromatism signal processing in CCD color sorting machine,we have designed a CCD driver circuit and DSP data acquisition and control circuit,which form the chromatism signal processing board with concise signal processing algorithm,good versatility and high cost performance.This board can synchronously collect the chromatism signal in multiple color sorting channels and accurately control the indicator lamp as well as the delay and width of pray valve driving pulse,which can meet the requirement for performance index of CCD color sorting machines.
