摘  要:利用转CrylAc/SCK基因糙米制作饲料,以亲本糙米为对照组,进行56d饲喂鲤鱼试验;于饲喂28d和56d后,评价转CrylAc/SCK基因糙米对鲤鱼生长性能和肌肉组成成分的影响。结果表明:转CrylAc/SCK基因糙米与亲本糙米相比,水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗纤维、氨基酸、钙和总磷等指标均无显著差异(P〉0.05);在第一生长阶段(1~28d)和第二生长阶段(.29~56d),转CrylAc/SCK基因糙米组与亲本糙米组相比,鲤鱼的生长性能和肌肉营养成分指标未见显著差异(P〉0.05)。A 56-day carp feeding experiment was conducted by brown rice genetically modified with CrylAc and SCK. With parent brown rice as the control group,the effect of transgenic brown rice on the growth performance and muscle contents of carp was evaluated respectively after 28 d and 56 d. Results showed as that:the contents of moisture, crude protein,crude fat, ash,crude fiber, amino acid, calcium and phosphorus between parent rice and transgenic rice were not significantly different (P〉0.05) ;In the periods of 1-28 d and 29-56 d,there were no significant differences in the growth performance and muscle content between transgenic brown rice group and parent brown rice group (P〉0.05).
