摘　　要：供应链融资是解决中小企业融资难题的一种有效方法。供应链融资分为核心企业主导的"产品供应链融资"和以物流企业主导的"物流供应链融资"两种基本类型,从实际情况看,"物流供应链融资"更具有现实的基础。中小企业物流供应链融资模式的运行机理是,在银行与中小企业的信贷结构中,引入物流企业作为中介,改善银行与中小企业之间信息不对称结构,使中小企业获得银行贷款、银行拓展中小企业融资业务、物流企业得到提供融资增值服务的收益,从而实现三方共赢的供应链整体利益最大化。其中,提高物流企业的能力,使其能够成为银行与中小企业双重利益代表,是物流供应链融资模式运行的关键。Supply chain financing is an effective method to solve the financing problems of SMEs.There are two basic types of the supply chain financing： one is the ＂product supply chain financing＂ which is leading by the core enterprise,the other is the ＂logistics supply chain financing＂ which is leading by the logistics enterprise and from the actual situation it has more realistic basis.The operational mechanism of the SMEs＇ logistics supply chain financing models just like this： introducing the logistics enterprise as an intermediary between the banks and the SMEs credit structure,which is for improving the structure of asymmetric information between them,enabling the SMEs to obtain the loans of the bank and expanding the business of SMEs＇ financing,so that the logistics enterprise can get the revenue by providing value-added financing services.Thought this way,we can achieve a tripartite win and the maximization of the whole supply chain benefit.Among them,improving the ability of logistics enterprises,let it represnting a double interests of both banks and SMEs,is the key of operating logistics supply chain financing.
