摘　　要：分析了细特轻薄精纺织物小缺纬疵点的危害,着重从织造工序的织物形成区、边撑部位及织物卷取和织物后整理等方面剖析了小缺纬疵点产生的原因及形成的机理,并针对各个工序分别提出了相应的预防、控制和消除的具体措施。同时提出了企业日常生产工艺质量控制中,为避免细特轻薄织物小缺纬疵点的产生应当注意的一些操作方法。通过提前预防小缺纬的产生,可以有效地降低生产成本,提高产品质量。The damages of small short pick defects on fine-thin worsted fabrics are analyzed.The cause and mechanism in the production process of fine-thin worsted fabrics are focused from the aspects of shaping area,side support parts,fabric take-up and finishing. The concrete methods including prevention,control and elimination methods are put forward for the worsted enterprises to prevent the small short pick defects in production.Thus costs of production can be effectively reduced and the quality of product can also be improved.
